Karbala martyrs directorate holds a cultural seminar and a celebration

Under the auspices of His Excellency President of establishment Dr. khalaf Abdul Samad Khalaf , and under the patronage of ( The new Iraq compensates the martyrs families the years of privation ) Karbala martyrs directorate held a cultural seminar and a celebration for distribution the substitute of the housing complexes to the martyrs families and during three days. It attended by a number of the governmental members, educated, writers, interviewers, martyrs families, and other citizens. A full program had been prepared to the celebration and the seminar its basic was discussion of the cultural program, which is putting by the central advisory committee in the establishment. The seminar began with playing the Iraqi national anthem, then reading Al Fatiha verses from the Holy Koran on the martyrs ' souls. Then the member of care council Mr. Ayoob Kassim Kathim greeted the attendance, and explained the reasons of holding this seminar. After that His Excellency the president of the establishment Dr. khalaf Abdul Samad Khalaf greeted the attendance and explained the importance of the cultural stage that the establishment was paid attention because of its effect in explaining the concept of martyrdom and martyr , Then he showed the establishments' achievements in this field and its aims in future. He emphasized that the establishment surpassed a good distance in this field, and it is moving forward for establishing the principles, which are identifying the martyrs' case to people. Then His Excellency emphasized on that there are many persons stand as an obstacle against implementation all the establishment's activities, and specially the followers of the Baath regime. The establishment aims through its cultural activities to revealing the Baath crimes against the Iraqi people at the time of this bloody period. Also the establishment aims to end the Baath presence in the state's directorates. After that Karbala's governor praised the work of the establishment, its activities, and its achievements for the martyrs' families. He invited to support it to present more achievements.
At second day the cultural program of the cultural advisory committee in the establishment is explained, whereas (Mr. Jameel Awoda ), the committee's member presented a full explanation of the program, then the attendance began by comment and asking, and the members of care council Mr. Ayoob Kassim Kathim, Faisal Abdul Aamaa, Haider Al shuhmani answered all the question. Six committees formed to discuss the subjects according to the specialization, and the committees presented its suggestions through a representative for every committee to explain the importance and reasons of these suggestions… At the third day a celebration on the civil administrative hall in occasion of martyrdom of (the great religious man), Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq Al sadir and distribution of the substitute of the housing complex to the martyr's families. The celebration began with playing the national anthem, then reading verses from the Holy Koran, and stopping a minute as mourning on the martyrs. The member of care council, Mr. Nasir Shalan addressed the establishment's speech, and he praised the positions of the martyr, Muhammad Muhammad Sadiq Al sadir in resistance the Baath regime, and how he was stand against the injustice and believes by building the human a good and important building. He emphasized on the establishment's attention by the personages and the notable characters, which resisted the bloody Baath. After that Karbala's governor addressed his speech, and greeted the establishment for its activities to immortalize the memory of the Iraqi martyrs. He explained the martyrs' positions and his resistance to the former regime. Then the Vice- president of the Karbala's province council addressed his speech , followed him Mr. Ayoob kassim kathim and consoles the Islamic world and the Iraqi people and the family of the martyr. He showed the establishment's achievements. The speech of the martyr's office was addressed with poems by the poets: Natiq Al Jurani and Muhsin Al jurani .
