Karkuk martyrs directorate holds a cultural seminar

Under the patronage of (the establishment of martyrs … The achievements and the ambition) Karkuk martyrs directorate held a cultural seminar to an entire of cultured of the martyrs ' families. It delivered by the member of care council and the supervisor of media and general relations department Mr. Ayoob Kassim. It held on the hall of Al sulimania touristic restaurant. It began with reading verses from the holy Koran then Alfatiha verses. After that Mr. Ayoob talked about the establishment of martyrs as a governorate body related with the presidency of ministers and its achievements during the previous three years, mentioned the great achievements as the marriage gifts that it presented to the martyrs' sons, and allocation the salaries and the monthly grants for students. Then he referred to the hindrances that it stands against the establishment's work like the Baath followers, who are attending in the directorates of the state and hinders the dealings that the establishment circulate it for the martyrs' families, in addition to the administrative routine, laws, and the old instructions which is still valid and the establishment is suffers from all of this in its dealing with the other directorates of the state. He presented the thanks and gratitude in the name of the establishment and the martyrs' families to the prime minister Mr. Nuri Al malike to his great support and special efforts to the establishment. Then He talked about the work in Karkuk martyrs directorate and explained that the situation in Karkuk is differing from the provinces for its characteristics between the ranges of the Iraqi people. Finally he emphasized on that the president, members, and employees of the establishment will be faithful for these pure bloods.
Then they opened the debate opportunity with the attendance to present questions and explanations about the establishment's work and the way of achieving the services dealings, in addition to presenting the suggestions about activation its work in Karkuk. The director of Karkuk directorate Mr. Muhammad Mustafa Kathim was participated in the seminar.
