According to this document No.266 in 28/6/1983. It shows that president of Althawra court has provided information that a group of Iraq's people who was believed in ( Aldawa party).

He has mentioned in this document that had sent to the Baath Arab socialist party. This group has relation with (Aldawa party) they have believed in Islamic nation. They have not any crimes against regime. But Baath party they thought that this group have a threat the political system.

Therefore, Althawra court has judgment them group did an action that harm independence of homeland, then decided cover them by the articles 156/49,53 from penal law.

That document has revealed how Iraqi civilians was living in the dictatorship regime. It's shown there is no mercy to deal with his citizens. This a bit part of Iraqi people how were living in that time of dictatorship of regime.
