It has confessed that they implemented the plot no 20/1/1970 to the interest of Iranian government in order to change political regime in Iraq. The court has satisfied to accuse them according articles 159 and 190 from penal law.
However, the court did not allowed to their families to represented lawyers. Whereas, this is against the Human rights. According to the local and international law, should anyone has been prosecution his for any crimes should have a lawyer representing his in the court. But in Iraq before 2003 this issue does not exist.
That document has revealed how Iraqi civilians was living in the dictatorship regime. It's shown there is no mercy to deal with his citizens. This a bit part of Iraqi people how were living in that time of dictatorship of regime.
