According to rules of item (z) from article (58) from construction by certifying on implementing the judgement of excecution penalty till to the convinced, the fugitive soldiers. Their names are; ( Abdulkhaliq Hamadi Abdul Kareem), ( Muhsin Abdul Hussain Shareef), ( Hamza kadim Aria), and (Basim Muhamed Ali).

Those people has been innocent, they did not have any crimes against the government. So why the Baath regime was issued by Althawra court in 20/7/1987 in lawsuit No. 798/1987.
