General inspector directorate holds cultural symposium

Under the auspices of president of foundation Dr. Aamir Hassan Alkhuzaai was held a cultural symposium under the title of (The role of martyrs in resistance the dictatorship). It began by playing the national anthem and reading verses from the Holy Koran for the martyrs' souls, and then the general inspector, Mr. Haider Alshuhmani addressed a speech welcome the attendance and remembered the role of the martyrs and the nation in resistance the dictatorship through its struggling history. After that Alkhuzaai addressed his speech, which he emphasized on the necessity of unite for building the new Iraq, then he mentioned the active part for the martyrs in overthrowing Saddam's dictatorship, which painted the way of Iraqi freedom. He also emphasized on rejecting the sectarianism unifying the ranks and weak the enemies of Iraq and terrorists like Baath party. Mr. Hassan Saeed, the director of Almassar channel addressed a speech about the symposium's subject and his memories with a lot of the martyrs in the Baathian prisons and mentioned that a lot of them were high educated. Finally the attendance toured in the martyrs' museum in the monument.
